If you have an established account base, ACM provides a profitable platform for growth and compensation:

v     Far above industry averages, ACM will pay out 75% - 85% of advisory fees.  Compensation is flexible depending upon your needs, meaning money within that payout can include health and retirement benefits.  Payout ratios depend on the total AUM brought to ACM.  The payout rate will not change over time, unlike the constantly changing structure of brokers and banks.

v     ACM’s research track record is second to none.  We produce economic and market research that leads to systemic risk mitigation.  Our insight into the shadow markets and how they channel into the real economy has allowed us to sidestep (and take advantage of) the systemic events that trapped and destroyed many managers.  Our research is often contra-consensus, leading markets, not following them.

v     Our research capability has led to substantial outperformance in our investment portfolios.  Not only are we able to mitigate systemic risk, we have also been able to find attractive stocks at reasonable investment prices during bull and bear markets.

v     Any new portfolio managers will have an opportunity to participate in our research and investment committee processes.  Because we are a small firm, you will be able to have a larger impact than at a large bank or broker.  We also have flexibility regarding your work location - meaning you can work from a remote location if that fits your needs.

v     ACM has a fully capable operational system.  We use Advent Software’s Axys portfolio tracking system, which allows us to customize reporting.  ACM also works with several third party custodians, including Charles Schwab, meaning portfolio managers have tremendous flexibility in selecting client custodial relationships.

We have the investment product to help you retain clients and grow your business even during the toughest economic climates.  And we will do everything we can to enhance your business’ profitability, promoting your long-term success.

We do not have specific education requirements for portfolio managers, but at least a bachelor's degree in finance or business is recommended.

As an SEC-registered investment advisory firm based in the State of Florida, all registered representatives of ACM are required to hold a Series 65, or Series 7 and 66 FINRA licenses.
